Autumn at University District

Autumn, a certified Built Green Gold mixed-use building, is comprised of 162 spacious

one- and two-bedrooom units, conveniently situated above 23,000 sq ft of main-floor retail space, and owners terrace on the top floor, featuring outdoor barbeques, fire tables and ample seating for outdoor gatherings. Groundbreaking is scheduled for Spring 2024.

Argyle at University District

Located in the vibrant, amenity-rich University District, Argyle is a mixed-use building comprised of 151 spacious studio, one, two, and three-bedroom units, all conveniently situated above 30,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Designed for active lifestyles for all ages, residents will enjoy living in the heart of University District, with Central Park, right at their doorstep. The first possessions in this mixed-use building are scheduled for Spring 2024.

Maverick at Livingston (2000)

Maverick uses modern prairie-inspired architecture throughout its three, four-storey buildings. Located in Calgary’s New North community of Livingston, the first building, consisting of 59 apartment units over a parkade, was completed in 2018. The 2nd building, also composed of 59 units is scheduled to begin in Fall 2022. Maverick is a one-stop shop, featuring one and two bedroom floorplans, an underground car & dog wash and building specific lounge areas.

Wildflower at Springbank Hill

a collection of 68 stunning 3-storey townhomes in southwest Calgary. Fish Creek Exchange

Fish Creek Exchange is a new condo and townhouse development by Graywood Developments Ltd. Located in southwest Calgary, this collection of condos and townhomes is all about connections; residents are connected to transit, nature, amenities and conveniences. Our construction began on this development in 2021 and consists of 113 condo units with sizes ranging from 845 to 1385 square feet. Fish Creek Exchange inspires residents to live happy, healthy and full lives.


Winston at Walden

Meshing opulent and daring exterior colours with industrial elements, Winston introduces a modern take on traditional townhome and condominium architecture within the established and highly desirable community of Walden.

The development consists of 182-units in 23 buildings, includes two and three-bedroom townhome and apartment configurations that offer attached and detached parking, stylish design and impressive architecture.


August at University District

Stately and dignified, August cultivates vitality and connectivity within the vibrant northwest community of University District. August, a Built Green project, is comprised of 107 residential units situated above main floor retail. This six-storey wood framed mixed-use development showcases sophisticated architectural design and an expansive list of amenities.


Canoe at Auburn Bay

Canoe at Auburn Bay, a stylized collection of 158 apartment condominiums in a four-storey U-shaped building, adds East Coast appeal with unique character to the southeast community. Concluded in 2016, Canoe encourages connectivity among residents in a lake country-inspired courtyard, complete with a custom fire pit. Nine unique floorplans, meticulous attention to detail features international additions including a turret tower and a drive-under porte-cochère to welcome you home.


The Maple

The Maple, completed in 2018, is a 25-unit building that provides housing for women who have been identified as chronically homeless, who have experienced homelessness for a year or more, or have experienced challenges that impact their ability to find and maintain stable housing.

The building, was made possible thanks to the Government of Canada, the Government of Alberta, Homes by Avi, the City of Calgary and other generous donors, and was the sixth new permanent supportive housing building to be completed for the Calgary Housing Foundation (CHF) and its housing collaborator, HomeSpace.


Maverick at Livingston

Maverick at Livingston is an expression of modern, prairie inspired architecture. The unique product line brings architectural diversity and affordability to the product mix in the highly sought after community of Livingston, all while maintaining an unparalleled standard of quality. The project consists of 170 new homes that span across three boutique, four story buildings.

Building amenities, such as an underground car wash and underground dog wash, along with building-specific recreation rooms encourage connectivity among residents and reflect the vision of Livingston in its entirety.


Sawyer at Silverado

With Sawyer, Silverado, south Calgary was exposed to the Avi brand of eclectic and modern, highly functional design. Completed in 2015. Sawyer is a mix of 136 one and two bedroom apartment condo’s over three buildings, built in a U-shape. The striking standard features include 9’ ceilings on every floor, large private balconies and oversized windows. Unique customizable options like built-in millwork, and even the chance to choose the colour of your front door, offered an opportunity to personalize your space to an extent not typical in multi-family developments.


Duke at Mission

Duke at Mission, located at the heart of Mission’s Cathedral district, combines modern flair and rugged edge in each of the 51 loft inspired homes. Stylish urbanites are taken back to the roots of Mission through design featuring contemporary style and chic finishes, all welcomed by a signature entrance courtyard.  With the city’s most diverse restaurants and leisure facilities at your doorstep, Duke offers residents the perfect balance between working and playing hard, at the heart of a historic, urban and truly authentic community.
